Emerald Esthetics Policies Guarantee At Emerald Esthetics, we take great pride in the quality of our work. If you have any concerns with your service, please notify us within 3 days so we can make any necessary adjustments at no additional charge. This is our commitment to client satisfaction and the standard we proudly uphold. --- Appointment Policy All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit or debit card on file. --- Cancellation Policy We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 4 hours of your appointment will be treated as a no-show, and fees will apply. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Same-day reschedules will be charged 100% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. --- Late Policy Please contact us if you anticipate being late. Arriving late may result in a shortened service based on the time remaining. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, a $15 late fee will be applied. We cannot guarantee that your appointment can still be accommodated or that you will receive a full fill or full set. Arrivals after 15 minutes may be considered a no-show, and applicable fees will be charged. --- Refunds We do not offer refunds on services. However, we are happy to stand behind our 3-day Guarantee Policy noted above. --- Allergies If you believe you may have a sensitivity to any of our products, we recommend requesting a patch test prior to your appointment. Please contact us by phone or email to schedule this in advance. In the rare event of an allergic reaction, notify us immediately so we can help assess the situation. Refunds are not provided for allergic reactions. --- Children For safety and the comfort of all clients, children are not permitted in the lash room.
